Better camera - Sony Cyber Shot or Panasonic Lumix?

I am looking at the Sony Cyber Shot DSC-H9 (8.1 MP) and the Panasonic Lumix DM-CFZ50S (10.1 MP). Which is the better camera, and do the 2.1 MP really make that much of a difference?
