Is it worth it to join an overpriced cl in an Adult school?

I can't decide right now but the booklet that the admin gave me from the Social Security building has cles that costs 500 dollars to 4,000 dollars. I understand that the materials is the reason why the cles are expensive whether medical or computers. But will they provide me with affiliate or sure career.
