Pregnant or what?????????

i had unprotected on 30th dec 7 days after my period i was wanting to get preg but changed my mind so i took a morning after pill on 2nd jan. i missed my period in jan but had 2 neg tests and started my period on 5th feb it was brownish red and i had no cramps. i had a period on 16march watery light pink and had tummy pains had another this month on 16th it was light watery and red with lots of tummy aches. i just want to know if i could be preg so i can start taking care of myself because lately i cant be bothered eating and have been taking pain relievers i get a farting feeling in my tummy at night and day. so could i be preg?
