I dont even understand your question. Why are you still on the computer?? You should be packing you A hole up and moving his sorry out!! Why in the world would you even consider staying with someone like that. If your not married to him and have no kids then what is the point of being with him? Im sure your not planning on getting married to him anytime soon, and isnt that all that dating is..... trying out someone to see if that is who you want to spend the rest of your life with? I would go see whats up with the old flame! But thats just me :) Good luck!
