I think its what it is, a sharp pain on my right shin that came about midway into my work out monday. I tried running today, and was in a lot of pain right when i started so i stopped. It doenst hurt too bad when i walk, just sharp pains every now and then. But when i run it hurts. This is the second time i've had this pain, it took a week to go away the first time. Should i go running or wait for it to heal (again)?
