Could I mix pure jwh-018 into dry cookie mix?

Looking to make some jwh cookies. I've heard jwh-018 is soluble in whole milk, but since jwh is a powder in it's pure form, wouldn't I be able to just mix it in with the dry ingredients? Anyone out there ever cook with jwh before?
