no, i dont think so. that's just his fan page. that's not his actual facebook page. i've been looking for his real facebook too! but there's like, a billion ppl who have are michael phelps posers who have their name as michael phelps and have a pic of him as their profile pic, but when i check how many friends they have, they have like 3 friends. its sooooooo annoying! i think that's the only way to make sure if it's really his facebook, check his friends. and if there's like a million friends then its probably it.
