My daughter is two years old and nothin I do will make her listen to me.I cant get her to even go to bed.?

What do I do?She will wake up at 7 not have a nap all day and at 10 pm she still wont go to sleep.What should I do? My fiance said let her cry herself to sleep.But I dont like it.And I cant get her to listen to me I tell her no and she does it anyways,but if her step dad says no she listens.People told me to her but I dont like it.I tried the sittin on the bed and in the conor but she wont stay.I dont want to her and people say I abuse her or something.Please give me advise.I need help!!!!!
