Ok instead of making chicken stock how do i make chicken broth?

i dont want anything in the broth thats has to be in it im making biriyani and i need it as plain as poss as ill be adding lots of veg and stuff later on how do i make a pint and a half of broth as i dont have time for stock and also i dont have the meat on the bone its of the bone thanks
