Should i buy flatout ultimate carnage, or burnout paradise.?

I want the one with the most flips wth cars and stunts. I also wat to goof around ont. On flatout do you have to play levels, or can you play freely like on rcade mode. Also is there a gmethat isnt rted m like jjust cause? All of this is xbox360
