Where can I adopt a sugar glider for free in CT?

I rescued a sugar glider from a friend of mine who though it was cute to feed him frosted flakes and other sugary crap. Everyone is charging like 180 for sugar gliders and I just cant afford that. I know these guys are social which is why I want to find him a friend but I don't have the cash to buy a little guy. If anyone knows of a place or a person please let me know. CT/ NYC only please. Maybe even Springfield, Ma
