Spiders in my room. now i can't get to sleep.?

I was watching a little TV before bed in my room. I saw three nearly identical spiders swinging from a long strand of web in front of my TV. I got up and turned off the light, got a broom and killed them. But now I think there was an egg sack in my room from an old desk I got recently, and I keep thinking there's got to be dozens of spiders in my room. I'm going to handle it tomorrow when i get home. I switched rooms and tried to get to sleep, but I can't. I keep feeling my skin crawl and itch and i can't close my eyes without feeling like i've got spiders on me. What can i do to relieve these feelings?
